Kia Business Event - Terms and Conditions

The Kia Business Event events are hosted and promoted by Kia UK Limited (04415807) whose registered office is at Walton, Green, Walton-On-Thames, Surrey, KT12 1FJ.

All reservations should be made online. Bookings will be made on a first come first served basis. Once the appointment slots are full no more bookings will be accepted.

A booking confirmation email will be sent to you when your reservation is confirmed. If a confirmation has not been received, the reservation has not been accepted.

No purchase is necessary.

No liability is accepted for reservations not received.

Customers are responsible for their own property (including but not limited to clothing, umbrellas and child seats) whilst attending an appointment. Property should be kept to a minimum and kept safe at all times. Kia UK Limited do not accept any responsibility for loss or theft of, or damage to, any customer property.

Kia UK Limited shall not be held responsible for reservation cancellation which may be due to circumstances outside their control, including but not limited to adverse weather condition, epidemic or pandemic. There will be no alternative offer in respect of any such cancellation.

In consideration of the Driver being permitted to drive or be carried as a passenger in test drive cars supplied by Kia UK Limited, the Driver agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set out in the Indemnity document on the event day.

In consideration of the Driver being permitted to drive cars supplied by Kia UK Limited, the Driver confirms that he or she is the holder of a current UK driving licence permitting him or her to drive motor cars on United Kingdom highways and that he or she is over the age of 25 years of age and not older than 75 years of age. Drivers must have held a valid full licence for a minimum of 1 year. Drivers with 6 points or more on their licence or having had a major driving offence or claim within the past 3 years will not be able to participate in test drives at the event.

In consideration of the Driver being permitted to drive cars supplied by Kia UK Limited, the Driver shall provide driving licence information which includes vehicles that are permitted to be driven or any penalty points or disqualifications.
